Snowmobiles in the moutains - a trial

This morning I`m sitting an early morning with my coffee and reading (annoys me alot) about pleasure driving with snowmobiles in the mountains. Then I promise you that you will get crazy conditions and chaos, they will start a trial period in over 100 municipalities that the government proposes. They call it a trial ... I call it an creeping implementation. Any normal person who loves the mountains realize that the potential for conflict between those who use their legs by skiing and those who do not bother to ski, but must use a scooter to get out, is enormous. That it should be up to local democracy to determine how our common heritage to be managed ... well then you must be an avowed supporter of the SP (political party mostly supported by farmers). For those of us who have lived in Finnmark and Troms counties (the most Northern part of Notway) realize the extent of such an idiotic plan that they call a trial! 
Deliver us from motorized nature experience .. who bothered to walk up Kvanndalen by being "run down" by a bunch of snowmobiles?
